🍳 1. 平底鍋翻熱(煎)
Pan Frying
• 無需解凍,直接從冰格取出
No defrosting needed; cook from frozen.
• 中小火預熱平底鍋,加入少量油
Preheat pan over medium-low heat, add a small amount of oil.
• 放入麥樂雞,每面煎約 3-4 分鐘
Cook nuggets for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
• 煎至外皮金黃酥脆、內裡熱透(中心溫度達75°C)
Fry until golden and crispy outside, heated thoroughly (core temp 75°C).

🍞 2. 焗爐翻熱(烤)
Oven Baking
• 預熱焗爐至 200°C(上下火)
Preheat oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
• 無需解凍,將麥樂雞放於焗盤上(可加焗爐紙)
Place frozen nuggets on a baking tray (use baking paper if needed).
• 焗 12–15 分鐘,中途可翻面一次
Bake for 12–15 minutes, flip once halfway.
• 焗至香脆熱透(中心溫度達75°C)
Bake until crispy and fully heated (core temp 75°C).

🍟 3. 氣炸鍋翻熱
Air Frying
• 預熱氣炸鍋至 180°C
Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
• 無需解凍,直接放入麥樂雞
Place frozen nuggets directly into the basket.
• 氣炸約 10–12 分鐘,中途翻動一次
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shake or flip halfway.
• 炸至外酥內熱(中心溫度達75°C)
Cook until crispy on the outside, hot inside (core temp 75°C).
