1. Fitasty健康卡路里餐將使用第三方冷凍運輸公司派送、執行及處理。有關所有的運送安排將交由第三方冷凍運輸公司負責。 From time to time, Fitasty may use a third party courier company (Refrigerated Delivery Company) to deliver the Food. Where these Terms refer to Fitasty arranging, making or otherwise organising your delivery, such deliveries will be carried out, arranged or organised by another Delivery Company.
2. 我們不接受限制特定的送貨到貨時間,如另須靈活的取貨時間選擇,可電郵hello@fitastyhk.com查詢鰂魚涌自取方法。 We do not accommodate and garuntee specific delivery arrival times. This will in no way form part of the Contract and failure to deliver at a specific time as it does not exist and will not constitute breach of these Terms. For flexible time options, you may email to hello@fitastyhk.com for pick up store(Quarry Bay) information.
3. 訂單將跟據所選的日子送到,但實際送貨時間需按照當天派送情況安排。 All deliveries shall be made on the date selected at the time of placing your order , but actual delivery time will depend on that day traffic condition.
4. 訂單將送貨到訂購時提供的指定地址,如需更改或額外地址,請於送貨前3天通知,所有更改將以電郵確定為準。 Meal Plans will be delivered to you at the specified address provided at the time of your order, for a change or additional address, please notify us 3 days in advance for delivery and such change will be confirmed by email notification.
5. 第三方冷凍運輸公司將採取合理措施,如送貨需要特別要求(例如 : 送貨前致電或樓下交收), 請下單時在備註中列明。 The courier will take reasonable steps to deliver the Food to you. If you feel that your delivery will require special instructions (such as call before delivery or pick up at building ), please notify us of this at the time of placing your order.
6. 如採取了所有合理送貨步驟, Fitasty無法於送貨當日送到,冷凍運輸公司將於翌日重新安排派送。如翌日仍然未能聯絡客戶或安排運送,將視為放棄有關訂單,Fitasty將不作任何保償。 If, having taken all reasonable steps, Fitasty is unable to deliver your Food, Fitasty will attempt to delivery you on next day. If Fitasty are unable to deliver in such circumstances, Fitasty reserves the right to charge you for the food that you should have received that day in any event.
7. 訂單送達目的地後,請即冷藏及保存,如有任何盜竊食物的任何情況,Fitasty和第三方冷凍運輸公司均不會負責。 The Food will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Food will pass to you upon delivery after Fitasty have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Food. Neither Fitasty nor Delivery Company shall be deemed responsible for any theft of the Food from the delivery address.
8. 食物在到達後,如一段時間無人看管而可能產生的所有責任,包括 : 遺失、污染及未能保持冷凍食物的溫度變化,Fitasty和第三方冷凍運輸公司均不會承擔。 Fitasty expressly disclaims all liability which may arise by virtue of the Food being left unattended for a period of time after delivery. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature in respect of items which need to be kept chilled.
9. 一般情況下,我們不接受任何產品交換或取消訂單的要求。如有任何爭議,本公司保留一切最終決定權。 Under normal circumstances, we do not accept any product exchange or order cancellation requests. Fitasty reserves the rights for final decision.
